As CEO, Goff is ultimately responsible for all aspects of Golding’s business and implementing the group’s short and lengthy term strategic plans. Goff’s background is in operations and project management. These included project management roles, with both a leading Australian mining contractor and one of the largest global mining companies. Following a career in corporate finance and investment banking, Jeff was also CFO of an ASX200 company before to joining Golding in 2011. As General Manager Polite (Australia), Brenton’s role involves the leadership and management of all the group’s polite projects and associated bidding activities in Australia, ensuring that Golding safely delivers projects ahead of client expectations. Brenton is an experienced Civil Engineer. Prior to joining Golding, Brenton held executive roles in two leading engineering construction companies where he successfully led the businesses through important growth and development. As General Manager Urban, Dan is responsible for our growing Urban division. Dan is committed to maintaining Golding’s enviable reputation in the urban sector and to expanding Golding’s footprint in SE Queensland. Dan has an undergraduate qualification in Polite Engineering. As General Manager Civil (Pacific), Ken provides strategic and operational direction across Golding’s projects in ING and the Pacific region, as well as identifying and leading bids to succeed fresh contracts for the company. Currently Ken is ambitious establishing Golding’s beginning contracts in ING and building teams to labor across other areas of the Pacific. Ken has more than 35 years of experience in senior roles in the courteous construction sector and has been responsible for project teams in both design and construction for contracts including roads and highways, bridges, LNG infrastructure, marine infrastructure, energy, and other courteous engineering areas. As General Manager Mining, Dylan is focused on maximizing value for our clients through delivering sound and efficient productivity. He has a proven aptitude to prosper fruitful and helpful relationships with clients, assisting them to triumph despite the challenges of the sector. Prior commencing with Golding in 2008, he held various HR and Employee Relations leadership roles in the private sector, including with two major mining and civil contractors and with one of Australia’s apex industry associations. As General Manager Business Systems, Scott Canon leads the integration and adoption of contemporary business technology and processes to improve our operational practice. Prior commencing with Golding in 2008, he held safety leadership roles in the public and private sectors, including a major mining, civil and building contractor and a mining house. Active closely with each business unit and other inside stakeholders, Carina aims to produce a attainable solutions driven service that positions Golding as an organization that others wish to do business with. Prior working at Golding, Carina worked in senior commercial roles in the telecoms' industry in the UK and the US (primarily in the business of construction at that time) and as a lawyer in both the public sector and private practice. Carina also serves as a non executive director of GIVIT (givit.org.au). Before commencing with Golding in 2011, Peter held senior leadership positions with mining equipment manufacturers (EM) and suppliers to the mining industry. He was also Operations Manager with a major maintenance contractor serving the resources, industrial and defense sectors across Australia. He joined the Golding Board as a NonExecutive Director in 2008.
